One key barrier to moving towards a climate-neutral economy is the lack of data availability and transparency across companies. Aiming to remove this structural barrier, we leverage the power of data and automation to accelerate the decarbonization of manufacturing companies. As a product-driven company, we’re using state-of-the-art technology and scientific research to tackle climate change the right way.

We’re developing the climate intelligence suite that enables a low-carbon economy - by automating processes in carbon accounting and laying the analytical foundation that is needed for effective emission reduction. Your Mission 🚀

You're motivated to decarbonize the industrial sector and are passionate about ClimateTech. You're intrigued to scale operations in the exciting phase of being 15+ people, preparing for 30+ in the near future.

You're looking to take over responsibility for crucial projects and tasks and want to do your part in bringing Tanso to the next level. 

You looking for a impactful internship or an exciting working student position (20hrs/week for at least 6 months).

What You Can Expect 🎯

• Learn how to build up an early-stage company: Work on implementing key processes and tools to prepare scaling Tanso. This might includes steering the selection and implementation of critical business tools, automating workflows or help us to better attract talent to join our mission.
• Manage your own projects & initiatives while supporting in day-to-day operations. You’ll work on a mix of venture development, operations or go-to-market topics and will leave your footprint all around Tanso.
• Space to bring in your ideas and proactively take responsibility for making Tanso a better company.

• Important: Valid working permit in Germany (or the EU)

• Internship experience in at least one fast-paced team environment like a startup, venture capital or strategy consulting
